Dr. Skipworth is a Philadelphia native, with over 24 years of service as a Non-profit Professional. Dr. Skipworth is passionate about philanthropic causes that serve youth, families, and communities in and around Philadelphia. ​ 

 

​​Dr. Skipworth received her Doctorate in Human Services-Nonprofit Management from Capella University in 2017, Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania in 2008 and her Bachelor's of Science in Human Services from the first degree granting historically black college, Lincoln University in 2004.
